Will you arrive on Friday? *
We discourage joining the event late, missing the opening ceremony
and the early socialising.
If you join the volunteers we might ask you to join on Thursday eve or Friday morning already.
Last-minute acceptance ok?

It will only be taken into account when we close the applications in August. After applications are closed we will send an "Application unsuccessful" email to people who are on the waiting list and have left this box unchecked.
